My Name is Kathryn Chapman and I welcome you to Real Energy Healing.

Along with being a qualified Reiki Master and AOR Reflexologist, I am also very proud to be a Licensed 'Heal Your Life' teacher, running workshops to share with others my immense joy and empowerment since totally absorbing myself in 'Louise L Hay's' philosophies.

The aim of these workshops is to create a safe and loving environment for you to explore and develop yourself and to review how your personal thoughts and feelings affect you physically and emotionally.

I do not look to solve all of your problems in life, but I do believe that teaching these key tools will support you in the way you approach the challenges that life will inevitably bring.
