About Me
I was born and brought up in Taunton, Somerset until the age of 20. After which I trained as a Montessori Nursery Teacher and lived and worked in the Middle East for 13 years. I have two adult children whom I’m exceptionaly proud. On returning to England I retrained in accountancy and worked in the Worthing and Brighton areas until the year 2000 when I chose to be self employed after qualifying as an AOR Reflexologist and Usui Reiki Teacher.
The change in career direction was stimulated after my father died. It was around this time I became aware, by a friend, of Louise L. Hay and the power of positive loving thoughts. I had already consciously been aware of my own spiritual journey and had for many years been working and resolving issues in my life using similar teachings. The introduction of Louise L. Hay’s work powerfully helped this process. My in-depth personal development enabled me to explore how my personal thoughts and feelings affected me physically and emotionally, and then to seek resolution through affirmations and meditations.
I am very proud to be a Licenced Heal Your Life® Teacher and being able to run workshops; sharing with others my joy and empowerment as experienced since totally absorbing myself in Louise L. Hay’s philosophies. In my workshops my aim is to create a safe and loving environment for attendees to explore and develope themselves.
I have been honoured with immense love and support from my children especially so since my husband died. I have become more aware of what amazingly powerful, loving and sensitive human beings they are. I am truly blessed.
There has been a great deal of emotional ‘letting-go’ through the years and it has been hard sometimes not to be burdened on your next step forward. However using positive affirmations, listening to CD’s and reading Louise L Hay’s work has been transformational to me.
Life is wonderous and what we experience in our lives is good it just has aspects of perceived horrid stuff sometimes. How we choose to deal with this ‘stuff’ is our choice and within our power. I do not look to solve your problems in life, but I do believe that teaching these key tools will support you in the way you approach the challenges that life will inevitably bring. All this is based on the strong foundation of love.
